These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sky Ace! mobile application (the "App") and this website (the "Site"), provided by MEF Applications ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App or the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the Site.

1. Eligibility

The App is rated suitable for all ages (PEGI 7). You must be able to form a legally binding contract, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our services.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or the Site.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
• Use the App or Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App, the Site, or related services.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, the Site, and all related content, including graphics, text, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. App Stores

Your download and use of the App may also be subject to the terms of the platform from which you obtained it (Google Play or the Apple App Store). In the event of a conflict, the applicable app store's terms govern the distribution of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App or the Site.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or the Site at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App or the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
